Solarflexion ships to domestic and, in some cases, international addresses. Shipping costs are based on product weight, dimensions of shipping container/box, origin of warehouse, and value of item. Some orders qualify for FREE SHIPPING and will be noted during checkout or completion of order. All weights are rounded up to the next full pound to reflect the policies of applicable shipping companies. Ground shipments are sent either via UPS, FedEx, and in some cases USPS. Freight shipments are sent via one of our trusted carriers. Based on the availability of purchased products, most standard orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. Items that are required to ship via a freight carrier and on a pallet or skid are:
- Solar Panels greater than 160watts
- Batteries that are hazardous material or weight more than 70lbs
- Inverters that way more than 70lbs
- Rails that are longer than 108 inches (9ft)
- Items or shipments that weight more than 70lbs.
In the event that an item is required to ship freight, and the proper shipping method has not been selected at checkout, a Solarflexion representative will contact you to go over your shipping options. Freight shipments generally begin at a cost of $150.00 and upwards, depending on the item/shipment.

- Residential Delivery fee
- Limited Access fee
- Lift Gate fee
- Government fee
- Delivery Appt
- High Cost delivery (narrow streets, metropolitan areas)
- Hazardous Material (like batteries)
- Extreme Length fee (aluminum rails that range from 11ft-14ft)
ALL SHIPMENTS SHOULD BE INSPECTED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY AND DAMAGED PACKAGES SHOULD BE REFUSED. PLEASE CONTACT SOLARFLEXION IMMEDIATELY IF YOU SUSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT HAS BEEN DAMAGED.
Solarflexion cannot be held liable for any damages or missing pieces if you sign or authorize for your delivery without noting any damages. Please note the importance of refusing receipt of damaged packages. Should you choose to sign and receive visibly damaged products, you will have greater success filing a claim with the applicable carrier if all damages are noted and reported immediately upon receipt.
